KSC stands for Kitchen Shears Chrome. That is not a nutcracker. That is to remove screw on bottle caps. The hook is to pry off crimped on bottle caps. And the tab is to pry off Ball mason jar lids. This dates from the 1960s. Maybe a couple years into the 1970s.
