Patented in 1944 this is a model invented by Eugene Boyle, and designed to be easily used in both the left and right hand. Boker was a German manufacturer founded in the 17th century and acquired by Wiss in the 1960s. Boker USA was founded in 1983.

The only "Heckers and Company" I can find is a German "P Heckers & Co"  which was a chemicals company in 1889.

#47 German Nutcracker

I am thinking these must be by "Helmut Hartenau" a German knife maker based in Solingen. They are also known to have made products like butchers shears and pinking shears.

#43: German Cruciform Scissors

Year: Antique? People date the around 1900, but I am not sure.
Length: 9.5" long

Description: As shown. Cross-design on handles. This pair is in poor condition.  Good to mint examples would have a higher value. These scissors are fairly common and easy to find. I think they also come in a smaller size that is about 6" long.

The design is often described in terms such as Gothic and Art Nouveau.

The scissors seem not uncommon especially for their age.

Value: $1, up to $20 for mint.
