#2: I.P. Hyde 12"

Maker: I.P.Hyde, Southbridge, Mass. (still in business as Hyde Tools but no longer seem to make scissors)

Materials: Brass handle?
Year: unknown
Length: 31.5 cm long
Description: Dress maker's / tailor's shears.
Value: A little difficult to estimate.  In good condition maybe $20.

  2. I just restored one of these. It looks like they are dress making shears and ladt sold on ebay for 14.00

    1. Yes, the shapes suggests they are for fabric. Rather nice but as is so often the case not especially valuable. But I like the shape of them.
